Clogged Dustbin

I run the robot daily in a very small apartment I share with my girlfriend. The dustbin clogs every time, with dust and hair getting stuck in the HEPA filter. I’ve since learned this is a common issue among users, and Dreame has acknowledged it by releasing an updated dustbin designed to fix the problem. Despite opening a support ticket and emailing, I’ve received no meaningful help. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

They responded with vague AI generated emails, not providing actual help and not answering my questions.

Hmmm very bizarre

I’m also having this problem. We’ve only had the device for a month and we are terribly disappointed with it. I’ve got emptying frequency set to max , yet from day 1 the hair just clogs in the robot bin into a long chunk of hair ball! I manually vacuum twice a week on top of daily robot vacuum, and we have clean house with white tiles! I tried mopping twice and it left 2 rooms full of dirty water trails! After spending so much money on a premium device , I’m devastated 😢
