Hello,

The device can still vacuum normally even when it is offline.

You can try the following steps to resolve this issue:

Check if your robot is turned off. If it is, press and hold the power button on the robot to turn it on and reconfigure the network (click "+ Add Device").

Open the robot's cover and check the status of the Wi-Fi indicator light when configuring the network. A solid blue Wi-Fi indicator light means the connection is successful. If the Wi-Fi indicator is flashing, check if the network signal is weak. If the Wi-Fi signal coverage is insufficient, the robot may go offline during cleaning. If the device still cannot connect, try turning off the router and then turning it back on, and refresh the application to see if the robot is online.

Try creating a hotspot with one phone and then connecting another phone to this hotspot, then connect your robot and check if the Wi-Fi connection is successful. If your robot can connect to the hotspot smoothly, the issue may be related to your Wi-Fi environment. Please try reconnecting using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Log in to your router, go to "Wireless", then to "Wireless MAC Address Filtering", and check for access restrictions or MAC address filtering features. If any features are enabled, disable them and try again. If the device cannot connect to the hotspot, we recommend contacting our customer service for further assistance.
