Leaving mess behind when climbing over thresholds

Hi,
She’s leaving a lot of mess behind particularly when going over a higher threshold, but also around the door mat. Is there anything I need to do to clean the actual Hoover part? Or base unit?

You can try cleaning out the unit and watch to see if this problem continues

It might be that the dustbin is full. Please open the robot's top cover, remove the dustbin, and clean out any debris inside.

Remove the filter and gently tap it on the edge of a trash can to clear off surface dust and debris. Rinse the filter with clean water and ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling it in the compartment. Then, turn the robot on to see if it works properly.

Please remove the main brush at the bottom of the robot, clean it, and check if there are any obstructions around the main suction inlet.

Use the highest suction mode for cleaning to see if the cleaning performance improves.
