Mop pads

For some reason my mop pads will only work if I manually put the pads on myself is there anyway to change this.

We recommend checking if the "Automatic Mop Pad Installation and Removal" feature is enabled in the "Floor Cleaning Settings."

If it is not enabled, please turn on this feature, and then check if the robot can automatically attach the mop pad holder.

This shouldn't be the case, check the settings and send them an email
