Can I chain jobs (vacuum twice, then mop) for cat litter area?

Hi all,

I’ve got the Matrix10 and I’m trying to dial in the best routine near our cat litter tray. A normal vacuum pass doesn’t always pick up all the little bits, then it goes straight into mopping and anything left gets dragged around.

Is there a way on the Matrix10 to do either of these?
1.        Make one area vacuum more intensively (extra passes or stronger suction)
2.        Vacuum again just before it mops (vacuum twice, then mop)
3.        Schedule one task to automatically follow another, like “vacuum kitchen” then “vacuum kitchen again” then “mop”

If it’s possible, where in the app is it set up (custom mode, repeat clean, zone clean, or schedules)?
Happy to share firmware and app version if that affects it.

You should be to set the different options in the custom settings

So yes I can do that and do 2 cycles, however I don’t want the room mopped twice.  

I’d like a second vacuum but only one mop.

I might try using the intense or max suction power in there to see if that picks more up on one pass.  Otherwise open to more ideas.

Hello, To better clean the area around the cat litter tray, you can add your cat items, such as the litter tray or cat bed, in the map editing section. After setting the position, click the "..." in the upper right corner to access the settings. Select "AI Intelligent Recognition" and enable the pet area cleaning strategy to enhance the cleaning effect in this area.

Additionally, you can create and save a shortcut for cleaning tasks in specific areas, allowing you to start cleaning with a single click when needed. We will forward your feedback, such as vacuuming twice before mopping, to our product team to explore possible optimizations in the future.

For particularly dirty areas I select ‘zone’ cleaning. It does the zone first (whatever you set it at e.g. Hoover x1, x2x3, or Mop & Hoover or Hoover only) then it cleans the other rooms as you’ve set it. Hope this helps.
