Low areas

I can't change the low areas it keeps saying it can't be placed on the sock, but it's nowhere near it.

Based on the video you provided, the map appears to be disordered, which may be preventing you from modifying the low area settings. We recommend relocating the charging dock and creating a new map.

Suggestions:

1. Place the charging dock against a wall, ensuring there is at least 0.5 m (1.6 ft) of clearance on both sides and 1 m (3.3 ft) of unobstructed space in front of the dock.

2. Do not manually move the robot while it is cleaning or mapping, as this may affect its positioning and map accuracy.

3. Strong lighting or highly reflective surroundings may interfere with the mapping process.

4. We recommend closing the curtains or running the robot during periods of lower ambient light. For highly reflective surfaces, please ensure there is a clearance of approximately 26 cm (10.2 in).

5. Regularly inspect and clean the navigation sensors with a soft cloth or tissue to ensure optimal performance.
