[L10s Ultra] Charging Issues and Incomplete Tasks

Lately, the Dreame Ls10 ultra has serious issues. It often doesn’t fully charge and fails to complete the cleaning tasks we assign. This is disappointing. How can I fix this?

Hello, regarding the charging issues and cleaning task problems with the robot, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Please confirm if the charging dock/base station has been connected to power. Make sure both ends of the power cord are correctly plugged in.
The power indicator flashes white when charging, and turns solid white when fully charged. Please restart the robot after it is fully charged to see if it works.
Please clean the charging contacts of the charging base and the robot to ensure that the robot is in good contact during charging. If the problem still exists, please feel free to contact us again. Thank you for your understanding.
Please confirm whether the robot is powered on. The robot will turn off automatically and stop cleaning tasks when it runs out of battery.
Please confirm whether the robot is stuck or trapped by obstacles/objects, causing the cleaning task to be suspended.
Check if there is any error prompt shown on the APP.
Please restart the robot and try again.

If the problem still exists, we suggest you send the device's SN and invoice to our after-sales team for further solutions.
