[L10s Ultra Gen 2] How long does it take to repair

Hey everyone

I bought my product in September 2025. I had a full month then it stopped sucking and mopping properly and the base was constantly filthy no matter how much I cleaned it. It was taken away and returned but it was worse an started squeaking. It was taken away again mid December and it's February 2026 and I haven't had it back. How long does it normally take? Has anyone else had this issue. I was going to try another brand but I spent a lot of money on accessories and this is heart breaking.... ☹️

Ps I have no pets

Should I hold of and wait for repair or replacement? Right now I have neither.

PPS holding off to see this play out before putting on my channel. I'm NOT an influencer, it's an extremely modest channel. My Google reviews are more robust.

PPPS I have no pics for obvious reasons! 😂
