Sometimes fails to cross a threshold

Hi. The robot crosses this three centimetre threshold without issues several times. And yet, sometimes it will struggle to figure out to lift itself on the very same threshold. In one cleaning cycle, it will cross it three or four times no problem. And then for some reason it gives up. Why can it not remember the method it used so that it can cross it the same way each time?

Can I ask, the times it worked, are they always the same stages of cleaning and always fails on the same section of cleaning.  Just asking in case it’s taking a slight different route to get over it.

Hello, we recommend that you check which obstacle crossing mode you have enabled in the obstacle settings.

You can switch between the two modes and observe which one works better.
