Nightmare!!

I’ve had nothing but problems with my X40 ultra
I’ve sent it away, it was sent back and now still the same issues.

The water just doesn’t drain out of the dock.. I can’t be the only one having this issue

Customer service is also terrible

Can you take a video showing the issue please.

Check that the dirty water tank is properly seated and not overfilled. then check the dock’s intake area and drain channel for lint or sludge buildup. also listen for the pump if you hear nothing it could be a failed pump. if it hums but no water moves it is likely a blockage so try unplugging the dock for a few minutes to reset it. and if it still does not drain after that especially post repair i would push for a full dock replacement
