Its going back

Well i didnt think i would send it back.
The mopping is superior, the vacuuming is amazing, it does not leak.
But it cant empty its dustbin.
They keep sending me the old dustbin to replace it with.
So ive had enough. ITS GOING BACK FOR REFUND.

The new dustbin you may have seen on other public platforms likely belongs to the Aqua10 Ultra Track Complete model, which is different from the dustbin used for the Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete. Our customer service team has been sending you the dustbin specifically designed for the Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete by default.

Although the Aqua10 Ultra Track Complete dustbin is compatible with it, its emptying performance is not as effective when used with the Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete. Therefore, we do not recommend replacing your dustbin with the one from the Aqua10 Ultra Track Complete model.

Strange comment from customer support🥴 Surely if a customer has provided details of the model then customer services should be sending the correct replacement part? 🤔
