Brand new Robot Vac wont return to station

Hello,

we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Please try manually docking the robot with the base station to check whether the issue persists.

check that the dock has enough clear space around it and is straight against the wall then make sure the map is accurate and consider deleting it and remapping. also wipe the charging contacts and remove any protective film. if it still refuses to return after a reset and fresh map it could be a sensor issue
