D20 ULTRA ROBO SMART BUT TOO SLOW

D20 Ultra Robo is a smart machine but dead slow. Cleaning 500sqft takes 180minutes with battery getting drain in between increasing the time. Machines are supposed to reduce the time and efforts of human whereas this is vice-versa  

try splitting the cleaning into smaller sections and make sure the battery is fully charged before starting, otherwise it keeps stopping and charging which drags the time even more.

Also it had a lot of obstacles to move around.  Straight lines always quicker.  Could split the clean to two days. Different rooms different days

The robot’s actual cleaning duration is affected by several factors, including the level of dirt on the floor, the floor material, and the complexity of the environment. Because of these variables, we are unable to determine precisely whether the cleaning time is “normal.” What we can evaluate, however, is whether the robot’s battery endurance is functioning as expected.

For this model, the maximum working time in vacuum + mopping mode is up to 160 minutes. Based on the cleaning map you shared, the robot’s cleaning path appears normal. If the battery endurance is within the expected range, it indicates that there is no issue with the device.
