Leaving crumbs

My hoover is starting to leave a lot of crumbs when hoovering, it seems to drop them out when it's going over things like rugs. Any advise on how to stop it?

usually it’s just the dustbin or brush that needs a clean. empty it, check the filter and clean the main and side brushes. also make sure the brushes are seated properly and maybe use carpet boost on rugs, that usually fixes it.

Yes double check everything.   I had similar in areas and just increased suction.

Here are a few suggestions that may help improve this issue:

The dust bin might be full. Please open the top cover of the robot, remove the dust bin, and empty any debris inside.

Clean the filter. Remove the filter, gently tap it along the edges of a trash can to clear dust and debris from the surface. You may rinse the filter with clean water, but make sure it is completely dry before reinstalling it. After reinstalling the filter, turn the robot back on and check whether the cleaning performance improves.

Clean the main brush. Remove the main brush from the bottom of the robot, clean the brush thoroughly, and check the main suction inlet to ensure there are no obstructions or tangled debris.
