Robot offline

Robot showing offline. Base is powered and connected to network. Pressing power buttons on vacuum doesn’t work. Putting it back on dock doesn’t work. Please advise.

Please check whether your robot has powered off. If it is off, press and hold the power button on the robot to turn it back on, then reconfigure the network (tap “+ Add Device” in the app).

If the robot has run out of battery, please place it manually onto the docking station. Once it is fully charged, try reconnecting it to the network again.

If the device is still unable to connect, try turning your router off and then on again, and refresh the app to see if the robot comes back online.

You may also try creating a hotspot with one phone, then using another phone to connect to that hotspot and pair the robot to it. If the robot connects successfully to the hotspot, the issue may be related to your home Wi‑Fi environment. Please try reconnecting using a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network.
