[X50 Ultra Complete] Glitch help.

So i have had the x50 for about 2 months. The first 3-4 weeks it was awsome. Now i keep coming hone to find it stopped around the house... I put it back on the dock and let it charge. It isnt always due to a low battery. But after this it really struggles to be normal. It keeps thinking its not in contact with the ground. I have cleaned the sensors and tried to restart multiple times. I have put it back on the dock and restarted it. But it then does a weird thing coming off the dock. I have factory reset but then restored the maps.

This week my wifi extender had had an issue. I reset this and reconnected the x50. Since this it keeps doing the issue like all the time.

Now it comes off the dock about 30cm then whilst slightly turning it reverses back at the dock... crashes into the dock and then gives the wheels not in contact with the ground message... yet again clean the sensors reposition the x50 and it just does its weird reverse thing and fails again wheels not in contact with the ground. Again factory reset cleaned everything and no joy

Not the best feeling about spending so much money. I have already had issues with actually getting the product it took over 2 months to recieve it. Im pretty much ready to send it back.

Hello,

you may turn the robot over and clean the cliff sensors, then press the wheels by hand to check whether they can rebound normally.

If the wheels cannot rebound properly, it may be a hardware malfunction. If they can rebound but the error message still appears, the issue may be related to the sensors. Please contact our after‑sales support team for further assistance.

Thank you I have cleaned all the sensors multiple times and the wheels always rebound. Today it went out and did the entire clean. Im going to test it again tonight to see if it does the same fault when I do zone clean as thats what I was testing it on this week
