[L50 Pro Ultra] Notification error

Greetings,

I have been using the L50 Ultra for approximately a month now, with a daily schedule set for vacuuming and mopping. However, I’ve noticed an issue that keeps occurring.

Occasionally, I receive the notification shown in the attached picture, and the robot does not start the scheduled cleaning process.

At first, I assumed this might be due to automatic updates, since I have that feature enabled. Because of that, I didn’t pay much attention initially. However, I’ve now noticed that this happens roughly every third day, which has become confusing and frustrating.

My question is: why would the device perform another task during the same time window when a cleaning schedule is already set?
What exactly is this “other task” that interrupts or overrides the scheduled cleaning?

I would appreciate clarification on what causes this behavior and how it can be resolved. If this is a bug or unintended behavior, please forward the issue to the appropriate team, as it is starting to become a nuisance.

Thank you.

Hi. You don’t have other schedules setup do you? Just the one schedule a day?
Hello, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced.

This notification means that if your robot is currently running, the scheduled cleaning task will be canceled. Because the robot was already running at the same time as the scheduled task, the two actions conflicted.

May I ask whether the robot was running at the time you received this message? Or is it possible that someone else in your household manually started a task on the robot?

Greetings,

The issue is still occurring with the same error.

No, the robot is not performing another task. I have only one cleaning schedule enabled, which repeats daily, and that is the reason I’m posting here.

For example, I have scheduled a cleaning task every day at 10:00 AM. When the time arrives, the robot will occasionally display the above notification instead of starting the scheduled cleaning, effectively cancelling the task.

If I open the app and manually start the cleaning, the robot works without any issues. However, you can imagine how frustrating it is to have to manually start a task that is supposed to run automatically every few days.

Could you please clarify what “another task” the robot believes it is performing at that moment? It would also be helpful if you could advise on how to resolve this issue or forward it to the appropriate development team for investigation.

Thank you.
