Did you have and problems docking on the carpet, mine won't dock upstairs for some reason so I can't map 😭

I’ve got the Dreame L40s pro ultra and thought it had a retractable brush head but it doesn’t seem to come out when vacuuming do you have to do anything to make it come out

I just bought my Dreame L40s Pro Ultra. From the first week, I started getting the “Main brush may be tangled” error, and it continues to appear repeatedly during every cleaning session.
I’ve cleaned everything many times, but nothing helps. I contacted Dreame Support, and for 10 days they kept passing me back and forth between the sales and support teams. After I complained about this, they told me that I should contact the seller of the product.
When I asked whether this means they refuse to provide support for their products after sale, I received no answer.
If anybody knows how to solve this problem or what else I can try, I would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!
