What a great product launch to kickstart 2025!
Currently we do have a robot vacuum in the house, but it comes with some daily challenges. The challenge for us is the fact that we have 4cm doorframes between rooms and therefore we have to carry the robot around the house for every room we want to clean
Also all the toys lying around the house. We try to remove all the kids toys from the floor before vacuum, but with a 2 and 5 year old in the house, this can indeed be tricky to maintain(not to mention the occasional loose sock carried around by the robot😒). Last but not least it is a challenge to keep the brush and roller “hairfree”. Not from pet hair, but from long human hair that tangles and needs constant removal.

Thanks for your valuable advice, we are optimizing the robot to recognize and avoid randomly scattered small items, such as toys, socks and other items. Due to the need to ensure the efficiency of cleaning, the robot's performance in avoiding obstacles in complex scenes may not be as you expected, we will continue to optimize! The way to deal with long hair will also be improved in our new series of products.
