Mop one area only?

Getting to grips slowly but surely, but this is not intuitive for me. I’m very much a graphic learner who reads instruction manuals 😂
I want to schedule my L40s to only mop one area in my kitchen.

in the dreame app go to the map and use zone cleaning to draw a box over that part of the kitchen. then set a schedule and choose mop only for that zone. once it’s saved it’ll just clean that area

Thank you! I have to say I’m having diffs also precisely marking zones by dragging the corners - I wonder if this is easier on the iPad as opposed to the mobile app?

Based on your description, please confirm that your firmware version is the latest. If not, please upgrade your firmware first, and then follow these steps to set up custom cleaning in the app:

1. Open the plugin homepage, and click "Cleaning Mode" > "Custom Cleaning" > "Settings" to enter the custom cleaning settings.

2. Manual Settings: In the custom settings, you can select different areas for personalized settings, including suction power, mop humidity, cleaning frequency, etc.

3. Smart Recommendations: Click the "Smart Recommendations" button in the custom settings to generate a personalized cleaning mode based on the room type.

4. Save Settings: Click the "√" in the upper right corner to save your settings. Please note: After merging or splitting areas, the custom cleaning settings for a single area will be lost.
