it looks like the spring likely came from the wheel suspension area. the drive wheels on this robot are spring loaded so they can move up and down when going over obstacles. the spring normally sits on a small post between the wheel arm and the chassis and pushes the wheel back down after it compresses. if one wheel no longer bounces back when you press it, that’s probably where the spring belongs.

to put the spring back on the wheel suspension:
open the wheel area again where you removed the screws. the drive wheel module should be slightly movable up and down.
look for a small plastic post or guide pin inside the wheel housing. thats  where the spring normally sits.
slide the spring onto that post so it stands upright.
compress the wheel arm slightly and position the other end of the spring so it presses against the wheel arm or frame.
hold the wheel in place and reinstall the screws, keeping the spring compressed while closing the cover.
test the wheel by pressing it down. it should move down and bounce back up smoothly.

Thanks for the response. That spring is in place. This one is quite small and belong somewhere in the top, I believe.
