Constantly Disconnect

My L10s Ultra is always disconnecting just after preparing for cleaning. We tried to reset and properly cleaning the robot, but we didn't fix the problems. Any suggestions?

Based on your description of the cleaning interruption issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps: 1. Please check if the robot is powered on. The robot will automatically shut down and stop cleaning when the battery is depleted. 2. Please check if a pet/family member accidentally pressed the pause button. 3. Please check if the robot is stuck or blocked by an obstacle, causing the cleaning task to pause. 4. Please check the application for any error messages. 5. Please restart the robot and try again.

If the problem persists, please send us a video of the malfunction so we can further investigate the issue. We look forward to your reply.
