[L10s Pro Gen 2] Dreame L10S Pro Gen 2 mops don't get water in them.

I've been using this device for about 14 months, and for the past few days after the last update, it hasn't been dispensing water to the mops. I checked the bottom of the water tank; there's no problem there. I added water to the mops from above using a syringe, and both are working. I reset the device to factory settings twice, but no water comes out while cleaning. Is there anything else I can do?

i’d try running it without the mop pads just to see if any water comes out at all, make sure the tank is clicked in properly since it uses a sensor, and give the little outlet holes underneath a quick clean as they can clog over time. since you were able to push water through with a syringe it probably isn’t a dead pump, so if it’s still dry during cleaning it’s likely a firmware bug and your best bet is to send feedback in the app and ask them to push a newer or beta update.

I sent feedback and then contacted the authorized service center. They told me to send the product in and they would conduct a detailed check.
