Alexa commands for Shortcuts in Dreame App

Why is the Alexa Commands to start a shortcut (Task) in the Dreame app not available. My understanding is it use to be. In the dreame app I can create a task to clean different rooms with different cleaning modes. It would be good if I can say “Alexa ask Dreame to start Shortcut 1” Or “Alexa ask Dreame to start task 1”. Please include this immediately. We have been asking this for months. It’s disappointing that support just say thank you for the feedback but don’t action it.
