How come my map doesn’t save on the home page it’s like the robot has to map it each time

Hello,

Regarding the issue of map saving failure, please note the following:

1. Please update the firmware to the latest version.

2. Please change the location of the charging dock (ensure there are no obstacles around the charging dock and it is within optimal Wi-Fi range), then delete the original map and rebuild it.

3. The robot must start from the charging dock. Once the robot starts from the charging dock, please do not change the location of the charging dock.

4. After cleaning is complete, please allow the robot to complete the cleaning task and return automatically. If the battery is low, manually setting it to charge or manually placing it back on the charging dock will prevent the map from being saved successfully.

5. The robot cleans and builds the map simultaneously. If an alarm occurs during the cleaning process, please handle it promptly and place the robot back in the cleaned area.

6. It is recommended not to install a water tank during the first map building.
