[D9 Max Gen 2] D9 stop working as before

My d9 after about a year of use when it is operating don't suck dust like before , even the sound of moter is more quite than before , i double check it operating in high performance mode but the sound is quite like normal or weak mode !!!! Any suggestions, battery has no power enough?

check is for blockages in the airflow path like the filter bin and brush area because even partial clogs can reduce suction a lot. also check if the filter needs replacing since after a year it can get clogged up and restrict airflow. even if it looks clean if everything is clear then it could be wear on the motor or fan which would explain the lower noise. weaker suction battery usually affects runtime more than suction power but if voltage is dropping it might not run at full strength. worth trying a new filter and a deep clean first before assuming anything major

I replace the filter and the problem still presist do I have to contact to this mail or another one cause I live in Greece!

i’d suggest they try one more quick check like making sure the main brush and air channels are fully clear and the dustbin seals properly, but if everything looks fine then it’s worth contacting support. since they’re in greece they should go through the official Dreame Technology support page for their region or the retailer they bought it from, as warranty handling can differ by country. they may end up needing a battery replacement or possibly a motor unit check.
