Wheel marks on the floor

Just taken delivery of a matrix 10 ultra and I noticed that when I mopped the floor it leaves marks, anyone else had this problem. I don’t want to send it back but might not have a choice if I can’t get this resolved. Any help appreciated.

giving the wheels and mop pads a quick clean and maybe run it once on a less sensitive area to see if it settles in. also check if there’s any dirt or debris stuck around the wheels that could be dragging. if it’s still leaving marks after a few runs then it might be a pressure or alignment issue and probably worth reaching out to support before deciding to send it back

We suggest you check if any hard objects have been sucked into the bottom of your machine. If there are sharp objects at the bottom, they may damage the floor.

Please check if the drive wheels are tangled with foreign objects and whether they can rotate and spring back normally.

We recommend using a sweeping-then-mopping method. Sweep the dirt and grime from the floor first, and then mop after sweeping.

I have a very light kitchen floor and have never had any wheels marks. I’d suggest checking for something else dragging under it.
