Can you tell me how I can get the robot to work with Alexa.

Hi,

Please ensure the account you enter in Alexa is the same as your Xiaomi account in the Mi Home app.

Please check if the region in your Xiaomi Home app is your local region. If not, please change the region. Then delete the device and reconnect.
