[L10s Ultra Gen 2] Not charging

My robot vac and mop is not charging. I have done all the standard checks, i.e- fully cleaned the device and charging station, switched it off and unplugged it for an hour, replaced the cleaner, water tanks and vacuum bag.
What else can I try?

Hello,

please make sure that the base station is properly powered on. Some models have a power switch on the back of the base—if so, please check that it is turned on.

Have you also cleaned the charging contacts on the robot? If not, please clean them and then manually place the robot onto the base to see if this resolves the issue.
