[L40 Ultra] Mop Pads keep falling off.

The mop pads to keep falling off during cleaning. I’ve bought new mop pads to replace the old ones and the same thing happened so I replaced the actual mop pad discs themselves and lo and behold they fell off again. Any ideas other supergluing them down, which is my next ditch attempt and keep the damn things in place!

Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the issue of the mop pad falling off, you may try the following steps:

1. Please make sure the mop pad holder is installed while the robot is powered on. Otherwise, it may not attach magnetically when installed while the robot is powered off.

2. When the robot climbs over carpets, thresholds, or small steps, the mop pad holder may get stuck and fall off. We recommend setting up no-mop zones to prevent the robot from entering these areas with the mop pad holder attached. Before cleaning, please also organize any power cords on the floor to prevent the mop pad holder from getting tangled and falling off.

3. Please manually install the mop pad holder and check whether it attaches magnetically.

4. Restart the robot and try again.

If the issue still persists, please feel free to contact us again.
Thank you for your understanding.

We recommend that you contact our customer service department. Our service team will be happy to provide you with an appropriate solution.

Thank you for your response. However the magnetic mop pads stay attached to the robot, it’s the actual mops themselves that I find laying around after a clean. It’s like the won’t stick down to the mop pad and they are really easy to pull away.
