[Matrix10 Ultra] Wood Floor solution

I notice after 4 weeks the wood floor solution is still full , this would indicate it’s not being used ? Any ideas how to solve this ?

During operation, the device automatically dispenses the cleaning solution based on the settings configured in the app. You may first try cleaning the contact points of the cleaning solution cartridge to ensure proper detection.

Additionally, after the robot completes mop washing, we recommend gently shaking the dirty water tank to check for foam. If foam is present, it usually indicates that the cleaning solution is being dispensed correctly.

Additionally, if you are referring to the wood floor care solution, this type of cleaning solution is typically used when the “Wood Floor Care” program is activated. We generally recommend running this program 2–3 times per month, depending on your needs, to achieve better maintenance results.
