Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2

Hello, I need help with my Dreame L10, I've had it for 3 months only and now there is a problem. I looked in the manual for trouble shooting and the issue is not listed there, the robot won't vacuum and it's saying, Wheels are not in contact with the ground, please wipe the sensors and start again. I have done this and the issue persists. I also cleaned the dust collector and filter, plus the front omnidirectional wheel, the washboard has been cleaned too, and water tanks cleaned/filled,
Can anyone here please advise me on how to fix this issue, or where to go it get it fixed? Oh and just to add I have done a factory reset.

Regarding this error message, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Please move the robot to a different flat area and restart it.

Clean the cliff sensors with a clean cloth, then restart the robot (please refer to the image for the location of the cliff sensors).

Manually rotate the main wheels to check whether both wheels can turn normally. You can also check if there are any foreign objects tangled around the wheels. If so, press and rotate the wheels while cleaning them thoroughly with a clean cloth.

Please check whether the main wheels are lifted off the ground. If the wheels are suspended, this error may also be triggered.
