X50 Ultra Getting Lost

When in "Genius Clean" mode, my X50 Ultra does not follow the cleaning order and gets lost in the house. It also misses some rooms.
Is there anything I can do apart from a reset?

We have received your feedback and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. You may try the following methods to resolve the issue:

Please check whether the LDS (laser distance sensor) is blocked by any foreign objects such as film or stickers. If so, please clean it.

Also, please check whether the LDS can rotate normally.

If it rotates properly, please manually place the robot back onto the charging base and try again.
If it cannot rotate, please check whether it is stuck by any foreign objects and clean it.

Additionally, please inspect the main wheels for any hair or debris, and clean them if necessary.

Open the “Firmware Update” app and enable “Auto Update” to ensure the device is running the latest software.

Check whether there are any overlaps or abnormalities in the map. If you notice any issues or discrepancies, you can select the “Restore Map” option in the app or create a new map.

After completing all the steps, please restart the robot and perform a test.

If the issue persists, please send the device’s serial number (SN), invoice, and relevant map screenshots to our after-sales team so that we can conduct further analysis and provide you with an appropriate solution.
