How to mow closer to trees?

I have a question. I have trees on my lawn with simple clean straight trunks. No roots sticking out. The mower leaves a lot of space unmown around the trees. I tried with no go zones, but those become very large. I tried setting obstacle detection at the shortest distance, but the mower still goes around it quite a bit. Is there anything I can still do differently to get the mower to mow closer to the trees?

(I forgot to add to my post above that I have the Dreame A2)
Hello,

For safety reasons, the A2 robotic lawn mower will maintain a certain safety distance after detecting an obstacle.

The Edge Obstacle Avoidance switch is located in the “Mowing Preferences” section of the app and is enabled by default. When enabled, the A2 will actively avoid obstacles along edges, which may result in more uncut grass in those areas.
When this function is disabled, the A2 will no longer use radar for obstacle avoidance while mowing along edges. This can help reduce missed spots near edges, but it may also increase the risk of collisions.
You can choose whether to enable or disable this feature based on your actual needs.

In addition, you may try setting the area around the trees as a “No Obstacle Avoidance Zone” (please refer to the attached image) to improve the mowing result.

If the issue still cannot be improved, we recommend using Manual Mode to clean those areas.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
