Z pulsing

After docking and complete charging Z keeps pulsing all the time. Only 6 weeks old. Done complete maintenance. Still pulsing. Dreame service dept advised to return the unit to repair. What is anyones advice.

I need a solution. I returned and bought Dreame 50. Still same issue. Would like to know if anyone one else have same issue. Is it safe to use

I don't understand what you mean by pulsing? Try restarting your entire device.
