[A2] Few Issues

Brand new A2 3000
Latest Firmware Version (4.3.6_0625) and Dreamehome 2.5.7
Plugin Version: 2.6.0
Land Information: Flat land, no bumps. 1600m2

Issue 1: Can never seem to connect to the camera even with strong wifi signal.
Error Message: Poor Wi-Fi signal. Video content could not be loaded. (On 2.4GHz)
Observations: No packet  being sent from the robot IP address
Test: Same 2.4GHz nothing, from 5GHz nothing to 2.4GHz nothing.
Additional Info: Link Module: Active, Bluetooth: On, Wi-Fi: On

Issue 2: Skipping areas when moawing. (Avoid 20cm height and 10cm distance)
App shows the area as green but for some reason road ignores those areas.
Observation: Area are skipped when moawing diagonally (Automatic)
Temp Fix: LiDAR Obstacle Recognition: Disabled, Obstacle Avoidance on Edges: Disabled but defeats the point of the robot no?

Issue 3: Going past restricted line or area.
Message: Robot is outside the map
What else can I say about this? This is a big issue. Imagine having a pond and the robot decides to pass restricted area.

Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We fully understand how you feel, especially since the device is still relatively new.

Please try checking the following items to see if the issue improves:

Regarding the camera connection issue:
This issue may be caused by temporary network fluctuations on our server side. We have already reported it to our technical team, and they are currently working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Regarding the missed areas during mowing:

* Please check whether the grass height in the missed areas exceeds the obstacle avoidance height setting, as the A2 may treat tall grass as an obstacle.
* The A2 may have difficulty cutting dense grass taller than 12 cm. We recommend using a standard lawn mower to trim it first.
* Please check whether any obstacles are blocking the A2 from entering those areas. The A2 may have difficulty accessing narrow spaces with a width of less than 0.8 m.
* The A2 may encounter dynamic obstacles during operation, and avoidance behavior can lead to missed spots. These areas will typically be covered in subsequent mowing tasks.
* You can enable the automatic angle adjustment feature, which changes the mowing angle for each task and can help reduce missed spots.

Regarding crossing restricted areas:

* Please check whether there are pits or obstacles at the boundary points that could cause the robot to get stuck. During self-recovery, the robot may cross boundaries. We recommend setting such areas as no-go zones.
* Please check whether the boundary areas have dense or wet grass, or slippery surfaces such as cobblestones. In such conditions, the robot may slip while turning and cross the boundary. We also recommend setting these areas as no-go zones.

If the issue persists after these checks, we recommend the following steps:

* Please upload the operation logs via the App and ensure the device remains online after uploading.
* Please provide us with the device’s serial number (SN) and a video of the mower while it is in operation.

Log upload instructions:
Go to “Me” → “Help & Feedback” → “Log Upload” in the App, select the relevant device and logs, then tap “Upload”.

Our technical team will analyze the information you provide and get back to you with further support as soon as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
