Not connecting to Wi-Fi

I have an XC50 and a L20. The XC connected fine and is working but I cannot get the L20 to connect to the WiFi? Anyone else had this problem?

regarding the issue you mentioned about being unable to connect the L20 to Wi-Fi, we recommend that you check the following:

1) Please make sure that the robot and your phone are close to the router and that the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Before configuring the network, ensure that the app has Bluetooth and location permissions enabled on your phone, as the configuration may fail if these permissions are not granted.

2) Check whether your router has MAC address filtering or a whitelist enabled. Try resetting the router and restarting the robot before attempting again.

3) If the above methods do not work, please try using one phone to create a hotspot as a Wi-Fi network, and then use another phone to connect to the hotspot and configure the network as a cross-check.

4) The connection failure may also be related to the phone model. You can try using a different phone to connect. If the issue persists, please send us the following information via private message for further assistance:
(1) The robot's serial number (SN)
(2) A screenshot of the connection failure

If the connection fails, we recommend turning off or temporarily disconnecting the router's 5GHz band and ensuring your phone is also connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

If connecting to your device using your phone's hotspot fails (iPhone's default hotspot band is 5GHz), you can try going to Settings/Personal Hotspot/Maximize Compatibility, then turning the hotspot off and on again to try configuring the network.
