L40AE just dying

We have a L40AE but recently it can’t complete a complete clean of the house before it just stops and shuts down.
We have to pick it up and plug it back i to the dock to recharge.
It is only a few months old and surely shouldn’t be running out of battery so quickly.
It used to be able to do most of the house before goi g back for a recharge but now cant seem to do a few rooms!

Under normal circumstances, the robot will automatically return to the base for recharging when the battery level drops to 15%.

We recommend that you test the battery life after a full charge using standard suction power and the standard cleaning route. Then, please send the relevant data to the email address below so that we can further analyze the cause of the issue.

How big is your house? For a comparison mine will do 50sq metres vacuuming on intense, followed by 50sq metres of mopping on intense and still have some power left.

My carpet run today was about 50sqm on max suction followed by another 25sqm
