Edge mowing, to short grass

When I run Edge Mowing, the mower goes around the area 2 times. On the second round it lowers the mower head, so the grass is way too short (looks like a ditch in the grass). I have turned off all options like "Safety Edge Mowing" and "EdgeMaster". I want the mower to use the same cutting height as when it runs "Automatic Edge Mowing" when running the entire area mowing (it cuts automatically the edge at set height).

What is wrong - or am I missing something?

If the EdgeMaster function is enabled, the device will extend the cutting disc while mowing along edges and trim at a fixed height of approximately 3 cm.

If this function is disabled, the device should follow the cutting height you have set in the app.

Based on the issue you described, we recommend that you upload the device logs via the app. After uploading, please keep the device online and send us the S/N (serial number) via forum private message.
