[Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete] Dustbin not emptying

The dustbin gets clogged easily and this is with an empty dust bag and having been in the dock for a period of time. Not very satisfactory for a top end model. Any thoughts on settings to improve or is this just a bad design?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

If the debris collected by the robot consists mainly of fibrous materials, lint, hair, or fluff, these types of debris can easily clog the air inlet and are often difficult for the auto-empty station to remove completely.

In such cases, we regret that we can only recommend manually cleaning the affected area, as the docking station may not be able to completely clear this type of debris on its own.

Regular cleaning can help keep your floors cleaner for longer, reducing the accumulation of lint and fibers and significantly lowering the likelihood of the air inlet becoming clogged again.

Thank you for your understanding.

So no remedy other than cleaning more frequently than I already do. The robovac will soon be heading for eBay.
My cleaner is set to vacuum the kitchen floor every  night and then mop - 52sm. I have noticed recently the dustbin is not auto emptying so today I decided to investigate.  I took the bottom plate off the station and the dust shoot was blocked quite badly.  No wonder it wasn’t auto emptying. I have had it for 10 months. Clearly a design fault and future design should allow for easy access to clean this area. Nothing in maintenance guide suggests doing this but clearly it is something that needs maintenance.
