Mop pads

Has anyone else experienced mop pads just falling off. My dreame has been doing this despite cleaning the disc using product mop pads do I need to buy a replacement disk?

If only the mop pad is falling off while the mop pad holder itself remains securely attached, it is possible that the Velcro fastening has lost some of its adhesion after a period of use. As a result, the mop pad may detach more easily during rotation.

If you notice that the Velcro's grip has significantly weakened, we recommend replacing the mop pad holder.
