During the cleaning the robot stop and stay in pause

I don t know why this the second time during the cleaning the robot stop the cleaning and stay in pause. It was working correctly during 22mn
My robot is new and it is the second time only i use it ???
I don t receive any message on the application

Maybe this sounds like a silly question, but it has happened to us many times that, with the app open, we accidentally paused the robot. Can you check this?

Have you tried to reset the device and see if this bug happen again?

tuyaux d'eau internent au robot qui ont étaient sûrement abîmé lors de l'assemblage en usine. L'eau a commencé à s'infiltrer dans le compartiment batterie et la batterie n'a pas appréciée, la partie BMS a rendue l'âme. J'ai dû démonter le robot et changer les tuyaux défectueux en tout 4. Et j'ai du acheter une batterie neuve. Les symptômes sont le robot qui ne s'allume plus (hors ligne dans l'application) , de l'eau coule quand le robot est dans ça base, et des amats d'eau lors du lavage de sol.
