The robot not moving any side

Hello,

To help resolve the issue you are experiencing, please follow the steps below:

1. Turn off the robot and flip it over. Press down on the main wheels and check whether any debris, hair, or other foreign objects are tangled inside the wheels. If you find any obstruction, please remove it and manually rotate the wheels to ensure they can turn freely.

2. Move the robot to an open area and restart it. Please try to avoid using the robot in environments with strong direct light or on very dark flooring, as these conditions may affect its normal operation.

3. Check whether the LDS laser sensor on top of the robot is rotating properly. If it is blocked or dirty, please clean it carefully.

4. Restart the robot and test it again.

5. Open the robot's top cover and press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to restore the factory settings. Then restart the robot and check whether the issue persists.

Please note: Restoring factory settings will erase all data, including any maps you have created. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
