[Matrix10 Ultra] Ai got confused

So having pets turning on the ai I thought would be a good idea. The robot goes around more carefully. However this time the robot thought in my hallway there was dog wee. There was not, it was just how the light was reflecting from the wood floor. So I decided to turn the ai off as I knew there was no problems for the robot. This time the robot cleaned far more efficiently and faster. I’ve contacted support that in scheduled scheduling mode we could do with the ability to set the robot to clean with the ai off (when we are home and we know all is fine) then an option to schedule a clean with the ai turned on, so it can me more careful while cleaning.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience and valuable feedback with us.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the AI obstacle recognition. Different lighting conditions and light reflections may affect the accuracy of obstacle detection. We recommend ensuring adequate lighting when the AI recognition feature is enabled.

At the same time, we greatly appreciate your suggestion to allow AI obstacle avoidance to be enabled or disabled independently within scheduled cleaning tasks. We fully understand this need and agree that it would be a very practical feature for different cleaning scenarios.

We have recorded your feedback and will forward this suggestion to our product team for consideration in future improvements and feature enhancements.

Thank you for your support and understanding. If you have any further suggestions or questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
