Night cleaning!

So I decided to take a risk and send the robot out to mop the floors at night so I could wake up to clean floors. In mop only mode the machine is very quiet. With the downstairs lights all turned off I had no idea how it would perform. The matrix 10 has its own build it headlight that it can turn on and off as it needs while cleaning. The robot was scheduled to clean at 1am but it did not start actually cleaning till 1.04am, it required the 4 minutes to swap to the correct mop and was the mop pads ready for use. I had actually just gotten to bed at 00:30 so I decided to stay awake with my phone on the off chance I might have to go on a robot night recovery mission. To my surprise the robot performed just as good in the dark as it does in the daylight. As you can see in the pictures, the robot cleaned all areas it was supposed to and did it in the same amount of time compared to day cleaning. In the voice controls I had the robots voice turned all the way down to minimum so it did not disturb my wife as she’s a light sleeper. All in all this was a good test, then I finally got some sleep. My wife loves the house super clean. Our matrix 10 is now setup to automatically sweep only the house at 8am, then again at 8pm and now we have a 1am intensive floor mop program so she gets to wake and come downstairs to sparking clean floors. I’ve also setup on a Sunday at 1am once per week a deep clean mopping. Basically it just makes the robot drive super slow so it can have more time to scrub the floors as it goes.
