The L50s pro ultra shows as an accessory when I try to add to Apple HomeKit. It’s asking for a code. How do I get this code?

I don’t get the “matter” option on the “more functions” list. How do I resolve this. I am in the UK.

Check you're on the latest app and firmware first, as that option won't show otherwise. If it's still missing after that, email aftersales@dreame.tech with your SN and ask them directly.
