Avoiding half the lounge

I’ve napped the whole floor and ran the vacuum however it keeps missing out half of the floor despite the fact that there’s no obstruction or restriction. I haven’t marked a no go area

We recommend moving the No-Go Zone shown on the map slightly farther away and then checking whether the robot can properly enter and clean the remaining half of the lounge.

If the robot still cannot access the area, please provide the following information so that we can further investigate the cause:

1. The robot's SN (serial number) from the label on the bottom of the device
2. Firmware version
3. A screenshot of the latest cleaning record

Question. Have you checked your settings? Is the robot going from hard floor to carpet? Is the area your not getting cleaned carpet? If so check your carpet settings in the app. It might be selected to not go on carpet. Check in your carpet settings, then also on your map make sure in map editor that the floor type is set to carpet or fitted carpet and if it’s a low or medium carpet. Let me know how you get on.🙂
