Robot stopped working

Last night my robot was mopping. It looks like it returned to the dock then the cleaning was interrupted (the note says: “the robot falls”). There is nothing for it to fall from.
Now when I try to get it to clean it just makes noises like it’s about to start and then ends in place without leaving the dock.
Many ideas?

Question is it covering any white floors? I know the cliff sensors can struggle with white as it thinks it’s going over a ledge. Failing that if it all worked before I would do a full reset and remap. After that if you still Jane the you will have to contact Dreame main support

When the robot passes over a dark or black surface, it may sometimes trigger a false cliff detection alert and incorrectly report a fall.

We also recommend cleaning the cliff sensors located on the bottom of the robot to ensure they are not affected by dust or debris.

As for the issue where the robot is unable to start a cleaning task, please try turning the robot off and then back on again to see if a reboot resolves the problem.
