Going in to fault

My robot vac keeps stopping and saying move to an open space, however there is plenty space and it keeps on doing it until I have to end the task and send him home then start all over again then he does it over and over ?

Regarding the issue where your robot repeatedly prompts "Please move the robot to an open area", we recommend first checking whether the LDS (Laser Distance Sensor) on top of the robot is dirty or obstructed by dust, debris, or any foreign objects. If necessary, please clean it carefully.

You can also use the "More Features" → "Remote Control" function in the app to check whether the LDS module can raise and lower normally.

If the issue persists after these checks, we recommend sending the device's S/N, proof of purchase, and any available error videos to our after-sales support team at aftersales@dreame.tech. This will allow the case to be further reviewed and evaluated.
