Hello,

As this bracket can only be replaced after disassembling the entire bottom chassis of the robot, this issue cannot be resolved by simply replacing the part yourself.

We recommend sending the device to an authorized repair center, where the technician can replace the caster wheel bracket with a new one and ensure the robot is functioning properly.
